I have been professionally cleaning for over twelve years and my teams have an average tenure of over 10 years. I am a mother, a wife and a business woman. I am so blessed to own a business that allows me the flexibility I need to put my family and four children first. Policies
Rescheduling and cancelling
We surely understand things happen please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your
appointment a $35 charge will be added to the next cleaning appointment. Last minute
cancelations will result in a $50 fee for the following visit.
To cancel/reschedule please contact us via text or email and we will do our best
to accommodate you at the next available appointment.
If you or anyone in your home are sick with any contagious illness please let us know
immediately,. Even though we properly sanitize it is possible that we transport bacteria
and someone else may become sick. To be fair if any of us become sick we will notify
immediately and reschedule your service.
Termination of service requires 1 week before your next scheduled service if we do not
receive at least a week client is responsible for the service fee along with late or
cancellation fees. Invoice will be provided will all due fees.
Satisfaction guarantee
We proudly guarantee our work, our customers are important to us. When we clean
your home we treated as if it was our very own we want to make sure you are happy,
please call us within 24 hours after service and we will return resolve your concerns.

facebook page, we offer $10/off your service ad a thank you for your time.

Payments
Payment is due at the end of service. For electronic payment we allow until the end of
the day to send payment, please note we have a late fee of $10 for the 1 st day & $5 x
day after.
Payment can be made via Cash, Zelle, Check, Venmo. Any retuned checks client will be
responsible for the extra fees.
ï‚· A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule move-in/out or deep
cleanings, and any new client. Remaining balance is due at upon arrival. This is
deducted from your total.
ï‚· Deposits cannot be paid in cash must be paid before confirmed booking.
ï‚· Once deposit is paid you appointment will be secured. Remaining balance is due
immediately upon arrival.
